Im hoping someone can help me as Im totally baffled!
I recently purchased the Samsung E350 which doesnt have bluetooth  , I have installed Easy Studio 2 and know how that works, I also have a data cable. I want to transfer things from my PC to my Phone.
My Phone acknowledges that the cable has been plugged in and sop does the PC.
However when I try to run the file manager on easy studio it says my phone is offline. I looked at the easy studio manual and that suggested it might be something to do with the port but didnt advise what to do.
I have the port set to the right usbcom16 and the speed at 115200
If anyone could help me in getting this to work I'd greatly appreciate it.

If that cable is USB you can use max speed. After changing the setting close the program, open it again. And if it still shows offline disconnect the cable from the phone close the program, open it again and than connect the cable.

Thanks so Much It worked! However Im having trouble putting things on my phone now from the pc the two up and down arrows arent highlighted and i cant copy and paste anything or move anything. can you help?

Did you expand the folders? And clicked on "My Sounds/Images"?

Yeh I did all that and nothing worked. However I don't know how or why but I tried again today and for some reason it worked! Im so happy, Ive trasnfered pictures and music! Thanks for your help in helping me get it started!

hi i was just wanderin if someone can tell me where to get a data cable for the samsung e350. ive searched everywhere and cant find one. thanks, please reply.

Hi,
Yhe I couldnt find one either as Im not sure if they make them yet. So I went into my local 02 shop and asked and they told me to get the Samsung D500 cable as it works and fits with the E350E.
I got mine off ebay, from this seller, who delivered very quickly.

yeah thanks, i actually thought about getting one off ebay and i asked someone who was selling the d500 cable if it worked but they didny know. thankks very much, is there anything ese you need to install to copy files from your computer or what.

you get a cd with the cable and just install the driver and programs off that

do you not need to download some samsung file manager or something. soory for asking so many questions but i just want to make sure i get the right things because i bought and infrared thing the other day and it didnt work so that was a waste of money.
