I am on Orange, and according to them they disable a menu feature.
It should read this: SETTINGS>PERSONALISE>HOME SCREEN>HOME KEYS. you should then have the options ICONS, LEFT SOFT KEY, RIGHT SOFT KEY, SMART KEY, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT. Orange disable the UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT.
Does anyone have the same problem and if so can it be fixed..

you should be able to fix this by editing the mma files if you kno anything about seem editing

There is a tutorial section on at this forum , it is really easy to follow ive done it my self , anyway its always a good idea to make backup copy of seem i can send u mine if u need, but first u might want to check the tutorial section  . hope this helps.
