I have Norton Internet Security 2005, but I also have a copy of Kaspersky Corporate that I use to use, its a great antivirus, has LOTS of definitions. I recommend it. Like kit said get Ad-Aware SE Professional (thats what I have)

Is Kaspersky Corporate a lot better than Kaspersky Personal?

fist of all stop looking at so much porn, secondly useing an ativiru buts a spywear blocker/remover together works fine
