i use Norton av and my own customer firewall software and i have never had a problem pluse i also have a hardware firewall at my router

Norton is a notorious system hog, even solitaire would bog down when Norton did it's check. I like BitDefender best. It allowed me to game without having to turn my protection off.

I use the AVG personal edition, Spybot, Ad-ware and I bought a registry cleaner. AVG has caught eny virus or trojan and either deleted them or quarantinned them. And the fact that its free doesn't hurt one little bit. I used Norton once and MacAfee once and had problems with both of them

The last review I read had BitDefender at the top, followed VERY closely by Kaspersky.

That would be an excellent anti-virus, and most of the time quite effective, but every once in a while, in the heat of the moment, things get out of hand and it's nice to have the protection.

That's sort of what I thought, we aren't hijacking this thread totally, because I don't recall seeing a thread about condoms.
