after flash/flex my razr v3 if i get a voicemail the notification comes up that i have one. i go in and check the voicemail delete it and the notification on the phone still shows that i have a voicemail. is like it is not getting the info that the voicemail was deleted. so it still shows one message. please help!... i have flash flexed other phones before (a v300) to be exact and that was not an issue... could it be that i flashed it with a bad file?? can someone point me to a good file to flex/flash my phone to?

Thanks

leave yourself a VM, call your VM then delete the message, wait until that automated VM system says press * (or whatever key Cingular uses) to hang up, press the button and wait for the VM to disconnect.

Yes Samsung, I've had the same EXACT thing happen on a v620 I bought off eBay. Love the phone but annoyed that these two things are happening so I've switched back to my v551 until someone points me...and crzjorge here...in the right direction.

Please help us!!!!

Here is the fix, its pretty detailed... call it my newbs guide: http://www.geocities.com/xxxsamsungxxx8081/roamandVMfixNEWB.html

You will need:
data cable
p2kman
xvi32
Either MPT or PST for phone drivers

Thanks for the info Samsung. I'm such a newbie at this that I don't have p2kman nor know where to get it and I don't even know what xvi32 is. I do, however, have the cable and MPT (I'm not completely ignorant..lol). Where can I get the other two things? I dl'd p2kman from somewhere but when I tried to install it'd throw and error...know where a good version is? What all do I (we who don't have it, that is) need?

Thanks again!
