Hi everyone. I just wanted to know... what exact type of MMC cards can I use in my Nokia 3300. Can I use SD Cards and what is the biggest size MMC card I can use? Also, Does it depend on what firmware I have?
I NEED to know! I'm getting a little antsy... lol
Thanx in advance everyone

No, no SD-Cards, only MMCs
Theoretically you can use MMCs up to 1 GB - depents on the manufacturer - you should test the card before buying!
And no, it normally doesn't depends on the firmware.

now a days mmc cards come in RS (reduced size llike in nokia 3230...) as bjoern said always check the card before buying it... sometimes the card size becomes a problem for some fones ....

RS-MMCs will work, they all come with an adapter which brings them to the normal size.
Same with RS-DV-MMCs (DV = Dual Voltage).
But for the 3300 cheap normal sized MMCs will do the job.

bjoern .... you mis-interpreted me. the size i meant was about the capacity or the amount of data it can hold and not the physical size...
