You can get it at http://www.bitpim.org
The other is you might use
http://www.lgphone.info/ as they have a link to most of the popular software such as BitPIM and QPST.

You can check BitPIM web site and I think in it's FAQ section I believe it is where they list which phones they support. On some phones they don't have specially listed as supported you still may be able to move files back and forth. If you search the forums for you particular phone you might find another discussion around your particular phone. Plus I'm on about 4 other forums around the internet that might have it as well.
Some others you might check into are:
http://www.datapilot.com/
Datapillot is more of a commercial version of synching software and they show to support the C1300:
http://www.datapilot.com/phones_lg.htm
The downside it's kind of pricy. But yet again supported and provides probably better functionality.
Another is FutureDial at :
http://www.futuredial.com/
The downside compared to datapilot is that they break up the features into seperate products depending on which you want to do. If you only wanted to say do ringtones and images you could get the SnapMedia for about $30. But if you wanted to sync contacts, etc. it's another product. That or get the bundle but there again back up in the $50-$60 range.
Just depends on what you want to do, how much you want to spend, and how much effort it will take on your part to work the program.

It's like the second one from the bottom on the second section.
The best thing is to do a Control - f to do a find in your browser and look for 1300.

Data pilot does support the 1300 you just have to use the G4015. I have looked, they are the EXACT same phone apart fromt he branding. I have the 4015, and the settings for it worked on my friends 1300. i was able to get it off of my downloader (it starts with an L and ends with and imewire). Hope this helps
