Just wanted to tell ya that I have successfully reflashed my phone, but it unfortunately did not get rid of that annoying message. I did not flex the phone because like I said above, I was not sure what flex to use. Maybe someone can tell me more about the different flex files and I will be more comofortable in doing it. I did manage to unlock the phone using the instructions at http://www.motoaide.com:8081/ I first reflashed to R364 to unlock the phone and then back to the R365. Would anyone mind explaining the flex files that I might want to use? Thanks for you help. Thankyou Samsung!!!

Something else I want to add for any 220 or 180 users that might want to unlock - I couldn't get the phone into flash mode by pressing * + # + power so I used smartmoto to put it in flash mode then I continued on with the unlock.
