Hello - I have posted this topic before but never got a reply so I am thinking maybe it just got missed. Maybe someone can help me. First of all I have all the Moto phone modding software. My problem is that because my phone is pre-pay after every call a message shows up on the screen showing my remaining balance. I then have to push "exit" just to get back to the main menu. Is there anyone that can help me make this stop? Thankyou!

Maybe be something that your carrier has enabled in the phones S/w, I havent been prepaid in about 3 years and I know Rogers doesnt have anything like that (atleast they didnt). You could try flashing and flexing with unbranded firmware or contact your carrier as they would be familiar with an fixes that wont void your warranty.

Ok thanks! But do you think it is safe to flash and flex a 220? I have done quite a bit of reading on this site and I think I remember someone saying that they are not the most stable phones after a flash/flex. Also, I saw a few flex files for the 220 on the motoaide website but how do I know which one I want? Once again, Thankyou!

Im sure that there are newer flashes then those at motoaide, im sure there is a V220 user here that knows more about which flash would be best on that model.

Ok - so I decided I want to flash/flex my phone but when I try to load multi flash flex under the motorola folder in program files (like in the FAQ at motoaide said) I get an error saying "Error! Cannot load the flash tool: Friendly name Flash Prog" but then the app will open up. Any ideas?

Try RSD lite or smartmoto, cant give you a link to RSD but smartmoto is located at motoaide

One more question before I do this. I am still confused on which flash / flex file to use. I got the one from motoaide, under the 220 flash flex files, the last one on the page, the R 365, but what I don't understand is does that have both the flash and flex or do I need something else as well?
