Is there any way to add more memory to the v3?

Yep, with the right flash, and by deleting the proper files with p2kman you can boost the memory from 5MB to between 9-10MB. You need a data cable for the procedure though and you will lose all stock tones, wallpapers, service provider shop links/advertisements and AOL/IM to get the most memory.

Or wait and trade it in for the upcoming RAZR V3x which should include a mini-SD card slot and video.
