My C380 can not make any calls. I can't issue a call and can't call my phone.
When I try to make a call, I get a "call failed" message.
The SIM card works on another phone and other SIM cards that work on other phones don't work in mine.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?
Arnon.

Try a master reset, if that doesnt work contact your service provider as long as the phone is under warranty and do an exchange, if not we will look at other options.

before you attempt a master reset
try ##002#* send
say yes to the prompts...power off wait 30 secs and power on
if that dont work...the phone is pooched...(you said your sim works fine in other phones)

removes all call forwarding (cfw busy, immediate and all calls) and deregisters at the HLR...a good trouble shooting tool if the registration is "hung" in the HLR/VLR
an op code that works on all GSM voice devices

##21#send cancels all call forwarding, but had not heard of that code. Cool though I'll remember that one.

Didn't get any prompts. Just another "call failed:" message.
