You can use either BT or a USB cable, prefer cable myself. You will need driver to connect to your PC, the driver comes with MPT (Mobile Phone Tools) or PST programmer.

New on this forum.
I also have a V3, and I was reading that there's a new firmware, and, as you can imagine, I'm not so good with this things of programs and firmwares, so I was wondering if there is a page or link that can show how to do the firmware update on a V3.
No matters what, your answers will be heard.
Thanks in advance

i already purchased the mpt. i also got the pst download, just in case. i wasn't sure if i would need both. i believe the mpt has other goodies besides the driver, so i was willing to get both.
i believe i read in one of the tutorials that i should use the cable, so that is what i ordered.
even though i can't make any modds yet, i am still reading everything y'all post.

Like Duc was saying the firmware update for the V3 is the same process as Vxxx, its in the flashing and firmware section of this forum.
