What does it mean when I try to call a friends cell phone number from mine and I get a message saying number blacklisted and it will not allow me to call the friend? Is this on my end or my friends end?

The EXACT same thing happened to me yesterday when I called my home number.... If I use my contact list to call home, it is just fine, but if I use the key pad to enter the phone number, I get this awful tone and a message that says "number blacklisted."

I cannot even use my contact list without getting the tone and message number blacklisted. What did you do?

I am able to use my contact list to call home, I just can't dial the number directly and get through. Still getting the number blacklisted message if I even try it. I'd sure like to know what caused this and how to correct it!!!

I believe I ended up removing my SIM card and putting it back in....its been a while back, but seems like that worked.
