Alright, I am quite irritated with sprint at this point. I have been with them for a year and a half. I went in to swap my phone with the 18 month phone upgrade. I get there and they said the program no longer exists, EVEN THOUGH it was initially part of the reason I chose sprint. They made some bogus excuse saying that they are doing this to avoid mail in rebates. They give $75 off after a year, and $150 after 2. The problem is that it doesn't come close to covering a new phone.
I guess the question is, is there any way I can talk these guys into givng me a new phone, or am I out of luck? I went in and was treated poorly by the store, and kind of pushed aside....should I go higher up?

i got an upgrade and demanded they give me the mail in rebates now (instant, no 6 mo wait). they let me do that in jul

UPDATE:
I went in and tried asking for the rebates immediately, and now they are telling me I don't even qualify for mail in rebates at all...what a bunch of garbage.

That is soo bogus, because I needed a new upgrade and was looking forward to using this incentive when I get back in March... Very dissapointed as well. No free 18 month upgrade, lack of bluetooth capabilities, I guess I can wait it out until the end of my contract in 6 months and switch to Verizon.

check T-Mobile.com and see if T-Mobile has coverage in your area and got to one of T-Moble's Corprate Stores

I am in Minneapolis, MN.....but I am with Sprint, not T Mobile....
