DO NOT DELETE THE MOTO SKIN
Use p2k commander to delete skins - delete the whole folder - not the files inside. If you delete the files the folder will not show up in p2k programs but will still be in the skins menu
For video - have a look at the relevant tutorial
Skinner4moto is for making/modifying skins

p2k commander click on new folder but the name in when i have deleted them restart phone says data wright fail
how do you use p2kmenuediter

Just delete them using p2k commander - delete the folder rather than the files
