this is going to sound daft i start p2k commander up click on new folder right silver in then try to delete it when press on restart it says cmd write fail thanks for help its doing my head in now how else can i get more memory

how do i reset moto skins back 2 normal i set them to zero like it says on page 2 for got to back them up silly me

If the folders are not shown you recreate the folders using p2k commander, delete them and restart the phone
If they are shown just delete the folders and restart the phone
i have done wot u said but it keeps telling me usb io time out
cmd data write fail wot can i do done wot u said

Sounds like your phone is not connected... is the program your using showing the phone as connected?

You dont need the mms templates thats a total personal preference thing. Kind of a silly question though because I said what you can and cant delete in the first page of this thread. The only other way to get more memory out of the razr is making sure that your flash is upto date, some of the older flashs dont free up as much memory as the newer ones.
