Alright man... you should possibly look at starting a new thread or search for a thread related to p2k and connection problems... I feel like this is getting alittle of topic with getting more memory on your phone as you clearly have a connection problem.

i've got a big problem. i was deleting stuff like ringtones and wallpapers from my razr to get more space, as per the instructions in the biginning of this thread. i think i ended up deleting some important files coz now i cant see whose calling me anytime i recieve a phone call, and i cant also view my phone book thru the short cut keys. i also can't read my sms. everytime i try to read any of my sms's the phone restarts it's self. does anyone know how to fix this problem? should i probably reflash my phone? please help.

If you dont have a backup of all the files you deleted then you will have to reflash

i followed the new tutorial and followed the instructions. i set all of the styles to silent. this worked fine. i was able to change my ring tones ONE TIME. i went back to set a different one and kept getting booted back. any ideas? im new to this whole modding phones thing but i understand most of it. thanks guys.

I figured it out.
After i deleted the 2 .db files=>Sounds(not ring styles !!!)=>picked a ringtone =>applied as ringtone=>Ring styles =>...detail.
Worked 4 me!

I've probably read it a half a million times in here already, but it didnt click till I did exactly what you did. I was beginning to think I'd never be able to change that style again.

And, Samsung...I'm a definite noob here, but your guides are awesome! Thought I had everything changed, but noooooo. Missed one setting and totally fubar'd my vibe & ring style. Thanks for the input and advice, and even more so for putting up with us noob's. Keep up the good work!!!

hey there. i followed your tut. everything went fine expect for one thing.
when i go to Ring Styles then when i click on the option so i can change all my other ring tones(such as IM, txt messaging etc..) on my RAZR it just kicks me out and takes me to the main menu.

what do i have to put back on my phone to fix this or what do i have to take off.

btw, i have my Dad's razr here, its completely untouched(as never been seem edited or anything like that)so perhaps i can get the files i need from here. thanx
