You need to get it back on your phone - download it from the default skin pack from http://www.motomodders.net/Default.aspx?tabid=84

If you cannot connect with p2k programs remove the sim card and start the phone up - hopefully you can now connect - if so copy the skin onto the phone then use motokit to do a master reset.

If that doesn't work start in bootloader (hold # and * while turning the phone on) and flex your phone

r374_g_0e.42.09r

is the flash version

R374 means it is the razr V3

42.09R is the revision number

The latest available is 42.17R

Updating to this may help with the speed of the phone. You can flash with a reflash file to avoid changing files or settings
