I have uploaded my phone with the moto, scarlet, & silver skin back on my phone however my lcd screen is still black. Is there a way I can fix that. I used P2K to upload the skins. Was I suppose to use a different program to do that. I totally didn't read the whole tutorial and I think I did something wrong and maybe thats why my screen is like that. Can someone please help me like ASAP! Thanks.

Try a master reset. Is the moto folder named exactly the same as the skin files (case sensitive)

new to modding(at least on phones) i finally got all the progs to work finding my phone and all, i read the first page, i was able to find everyting about the IMs, and the stuff in the system. i cant find where to delete pics/skins and and in my audio everything that is mention not to delete in the only stuff there plus the dir vavr he didnt look at. also while i already deleted what i can, i have noticed no change in memory space

moto razr v3(r)t-mo dark gray(note- i just bought this like 2 days ago)

btw- is that the latest flex or flash i have? i have read the benefits of upgrading, just wondering.

while trying to answer my own questions in my previous post, i found out that the rest of what should be deleted in in partion /c/. but i ran into a noob mistake, first i didnt back up /c/ and i deleted everthing in images like noted, but i come to find out that some icons for the phone are kept in here also, i lost the help, get more(and everything listed in it) voice note icons, they all work fine but there are just blanks spots where it was, but this was the biggest shock to me is that, i deleted all the images and sounds(they one that come with the phone) and i only have like a meg more that i did before i started this whole journey. whats up with that?

Question, the motomodders.com (where you download p2kman) isn't working. Is there another site where you can download p2k? And another question, do you download flex and flashes using p2k, too? I want to download that flex that will give my phone memory an extra 2MB. If not, can you tell me how? Thanks.

cmon man theese questions are asked alot... but
ok p2kman you can easily just google it.
for flexing i used motorola RSD lite..
to find your flex version,s/w version etc. goto
settings>phone status>other information
i am experiancing problems also.. when i just deleted the uneeded files i had 7.4 mb of space i was happy.. but then i flexed it.. it has reduced my memory back to 6.2 mb and the battery life is extremly short.
i havent picked up on any of the benifits yet.

OMFG nevermind my phone just randomly restarted while i was starting the camera.. and now i have 10.1mb of space.. thanks!! i only hope the battery fixed itself to... it doesnt seem to be charging *worryed look*

Just flash with the Tmobile monster pack using RSD Lite or Multi Flash flex, you can get the TMobMP on themotoguide.com
