Hey, Thanks alot Samsung for posting this great tutorial, I was just wondering, i have a v3
Flex Version: GSMV3xxT674SP0A9
S/W Version: R374_G_0E.40.9AR
and i only have a total of 4538 KB. I read in the beggining that you flashed it or something, and I would like to know if it is possible for me to get more space. One thing though, is it possible that i can flash it without deleting all my stuff on it? If so, could you please let me know.
Thanks in advance

You can flash it with a reflash file, that won't change any files or settings.

You have to use a program called RSD Lite to flash it to your phone - this is warez so links are not allowed. take a look at http://www.themotoguide.com/flashingflexing.php
