Yoy can delete the video file ,no probs,,Ive changed all the attributes to "o" on my v3 gained a lot of total memory,please bear in mind do it at your own risk,nothing happened to mine though???

ok, maybe i will try it, i can just change it back to the original setting if something does go wrong.
i have one more question, if someone can help me, i noticed that after i deleted some files, when i go to the "Loud" detail, or "Soft" detail menu, it just brings me back to the main screen, but if i go to the "Vibrate" detail menu, it will let me change those options?
does anyone know anything about this, is it something to do with the files that i deleted? i mainly touched the Audio folder, but some system settings i deleted aswell, only the ones stated in the tutorial, and i DID back them up, so i can just put them back if it was the problem, and ill be fine

If it kicks you out of the ring styles menu the easiest way to fix is with motokit V1.06 just use the ring styles fix.

thanks for the help, but i found another post about this, and there was a fix there with PST that i used, now it works again. thanks anyways

hi "xXx SAMSUNGxXx" i am from argentina and i speak spanish and i try to do with the english, my question is why i canīt acces to the menu "vibrate and ring" sytles after delete all original sounds of my phone, please help me!!! because i donīt want to go to the "Motorola Service" because in that place they are a mother fu%&#@. they alway said to all clients "Your Phone donīt have solution" and i have fear of cause damage to my phone because i was saving money for a long time. and i donīt want to damage it. oh allmost forget, neither i can go up in the list to change the RINGER ID for each one of my contacts, PLEASE HELP ME... THIS HAVE A SOLUTION WITHOUT RISKS???? GOODBYE THANK OYU

sorry i download the motokit and y try to do the FIX RINGTONTE DETAIL and the programs ask me if i want to backup some SEEM of my phone, and then the program overwrite the seems, this donīt cause any damage to my phone???  (writing seems) please help me... and in the "SCIRPT INFORMATION>MODEL" box donīt appears the v3 razr

hey buddy where did you find the post about the problem of the access to the "ring and vibrate" details...i read some people fix this problem, but then they canīt access to phonebook, i delete the melodies of factory of my phone and now i canīt access to that menu (ring and vibrate details) please help me, i donīt now what should do

this is what i followed... and i had no problems after i did it, i have my phonebook working still!!
If you are unable to fix the ring styles menu by selecting the vibrate style, than install a ringtone, and back to loud style option again. Try the next solution.
The major bug fix: (thx to adobostreak)
****FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH RINGSTYLE MENU***
1. Open PST Phone Programmer (either 6.7 or 6.9) not Multiflexflash.
2. Go to new, then select Feature file.
3. Push the button Read Phone at the top.
4. It will then connect to your phone and read the features and will display a new window with the current features
5. Select the phone type in bullet number 2. Click create.
6.In the new window scroll down, you will see Ring Styles and each menu item will have a box associated with it.
7. Make sure all the boxes reads 0 (zero) which is silent for all options and reminders should be set to off.
8. Push the Write to Phone at the top and then restart phone
9. You will have access to your ring style option again

Backup the seem thats going to be overwritten just incase, then do it. I did it on my phone and didnt have a problem.

ok i'm a newb when it comes to flashing the v3. I have all the programs that you guys talk about and i read all the post on flashing/hex/seem edit and all that. But my problems is getting the program to connect my phone. I start my phone under "transfer mode" it doesn't connect. and then i start my phone normally and it still doesn't connect. what am i doing wrong. cause you guys just post connect the phone and then go on from there. well i do the same and it still doesn't work. I have the drivers for my phone and my phone is recognize under windows. can anyone please help me. Thanks in advance. I just wanted to delete some files to get more space for my custome ringtones.
