That's exactly what I'm trying to do, but every website I've found to buy the unlock codes say that there are no unlock codes available for this phone. So what do I need to do to unlock it so that I can use it on my cingular account. |

are you able to make and recieve calls with this phone?
if so... go to this link

Nope... when I stck my sim card into the phone it keeps asking me for a subsidy code.... and I can't find one. HELP! |
your phone is locked to a different service provider...it needs to be unlocked |
Okay so I tried to find a way to unlock it with just a code, and I can't find one, even on the websites that charge you for the code to unlock it. And no one in the area will do a manual unlock. So what should I try now.

I have the same problem as you. Have you had any luck? If so please help me out.
I have an unlocked T-Mobile Motorola V600 and I have Cingular service. I cannot connect to the internet. After many calls to Cingular they have given me two passwords to use but the phone will not accept either of them. If anyone has any information on how to get this T-Mobile phone to work on the Cingular network please let me know. Or even how to get the T-Mobile browser settings out.
Thank you

hitech_devices,
i am still having problems. All the advice on here says to go into "Web Sessions" but there is no such thing on my phone. If I have to go through the Flex/Flash options that is fine, but I would like to have some specific advice first before doing so.
How do you fix the web access problem with Cingular? Thanks in advance.

The phone works fine with cingular calling, but I cannot get my borwser messages and it only goes to T-Zones when I try to use it on the web. I have heard and read that there is a way to load new carrier software or something like that into the phone so that it shows Cingular settings and menu options just like the tutorial shows on their website. Mine doesn't look like that when I press the menu key. It's still loaded with the T-mobile settings. Some help please. |

hitech_devices -
Could you please help! What is your solution on fixing the web access for Cingular? I have an A630 lock to T-mobile, but I unlock it and currently using my Cingular SIM to make calls and received. I also could text, but can not go on the WEB because the T-zone it still there. Anyway to clear the T-zone and convert it to the Cingular WEB browses?
Thanks
