I am thinking about purchasing a an unlocked motorola razr phone. Will I be able to use it on the sprint network?

Who knows.... Alot of Motorola phones are compatible with Nextel, and so maybe after the merge works out all the kinks it might. Otherwise I believe for now, it will not associate itself with the sprint network.

nextel phones are only motorola and they all are able to do the walkie talkie function... the razr is not able to do walkie talkie so it cannot be used on nextel. and sprint does not offer the razr nor at this point are they considering it. so the razr wouldnt be able to be used on sprint/nextel

motorola razors are mostly gsm technology nextel and sprint use cdma/ and iden800 your razor might work if it supports cdma like verizions does.
