I'm still trying to find way to fix this, i have a friend in UK that have the same problem after flashing too

Attn Old_Fool

I reflashed with monster pack R374_G_OE.41.COR and I have the picture and camera function working again. But when I try to use teh camera and now the video cam the screen goes in photo viewfinder mode and all there is is a black screen. This gets stuck there and the only way I can get out of it is by removing the battery cause non of the keys work.

Also I have the date and time all wrong. Where can I set this right?

Apart from these problems everything else is working fine.

Finally I found out how to set the time and date, it was silly of me to take so long!

But the camera problem is still there. the camera and video functions now works but when i press them the display just goes on photo viewfinder screen and all I see is a black screen. T he mobile just freezes there, all the keys stops working and the only way to get out of that mode is to remove and replace the battery.

I am seriously now suspecting that the camera has gone bust!!

I know and I thank you for all your help. I tried to find the original software but just couldn't. But then the original trouble did start before I started messing with it, that is why now I am thinking that the camera is bust!

Hang on in there, there must be a fix I hope. I have the same problem. UK V3 locked to Vodafone, I Flashed it to get the video recorder working, but then the camera and pictures folder stopped working.

I know the pics are still there as I can Browse them as wallpaper.

I saw somewhere on here where reflashing caused the camera to lock up and it turned out to be a missing sound file for the 'click' or shutter or whatever. Try setting the picture taking sound to silent and see what happens?
