Having the same problem, locked to orange pay monthly. I'd guess there is a bug somewhere, cause there is no way it's hardware. Hopefully I can get the thing working again, it's less than a week old heh. Damn orange for giving old software with their phones.

I have just done exactly what you did with my (locked to Orange PAYG) black razr and have exactly the same issues. I'm convinced there is an issue with that keyboard fix & killing the camera.
i'm delighted you got your's fixed, cos that should mean I can fix mine too.

Flex Version: GSMV3xxT674TA09E does get everything working again, it's just not too pretty to look at heh.
