Can anyone help me? My V3 is working fine except when I try to use the camera it returns an error "Picture Capture Failed".
Did anybody suffer this problem. I been browsing several messages but did not find any mention of this. I be very grateful if anybody can help> icon_sad.gif

Sorry I am new in here and I don't think I understood your answer, my v3 is working normally except for the camera. Can you please put your question more clearly, I would be very grateful.

Please I can see that there are a lot of inteligent people in this forum, that is why I became a member.
Is it possible that I am the only one who sufferred this problem?

Have you change anyhting or do anything to it that is what Samsung mean. Master reset see if it'll help

Thank You for your reply, I appreciate very much and to tell you the truth I was just about to ask you directly about my problem cause I have been following the very good advice you give to everyone, Thanks!

My problem... I never modified my mobile, I never dropped it and yes, I gave it a master reset and the problem is still there.

IF you still have warranty or insure, i say tkae those routes first to handle this problem. If not you may want to flash it with the new firmware

No my warranty has gone and it is not insured, I am capable of putting new firmware but this is new area for me. Can you please direct me where I can get all the information to do this. I have the cable and bluetooth and motorola mobile phone tools.

But then before I start fiddling about do you think that it could be a hardware problem, the camera might have gone bust?

Could be but you'll find out after new frimware is in and doen not fix it
what is your current firmware?

I am not sure where I can get that, in my phone status, in other information, I have flex version SE8617XXF104C, S/W Version R374_G_OE.40.3CR, and in DSP S/W Version 62202000
