Ok look i need help i just bought a brand new razr from att my last one the usb port was loose and wouldnt let it charge. Ok well on the 20th i bought a brand new one i switched the sim out of my old razr and put it in the new one ok well it worked perfectly but i was curious about a 15 dollar bonus that came with the phone. So i called and the lady who i talked to asked for my new sim the one that came with the phone and my old sim. She told me in 5 mins i would get the bonus in my account well later on about maybe 10 mins after that my cell had on the sub screen no service im like WTF. So i open it and it said UNREGISTED SIM. So i call att and talk with some woman (she was an asswhole) ok so she told me I fried the sim somehow im like ok let me transfer my info and my account to the new sim well gues what that sim also said the same so i asked how in the world can i fry my sim when i had never even used it. Aniways after a lil argument i hung up and called and i was told i had to get a new sim for it and that its free but im just curious will it work or will i have to get a new number and all that? Please let me know what you think am i the only one who has this problem? I had my old sim for a long time and it never gave me any trouble till a day ago so what could of had happend? Will my account be fine? Please help!
