You definately need to give it some time then. You need some You time. Go treat yourself to a nice meal or a movie or somthing. Go have a nice hot bath, just do something to relax and get your mind off things. You need some time to get your thoughts in order.
I went through a similar "crazy mixed up emotions, cant sleep/think straight" period of time in my life after finding about my girlfriend and my best friend at the time... It took me a little while to get over it, It sucks, I know, but you just need to get active to get your mind off things. Dont sit around and mope and feel sorry for yourself (it sure as heck didnt help me).

the only wayto find out is either talk to him or just watch him! idk its hard to explian how it to find out if hes tinking about u! best bet try and talk to him! ya never nknow what u may find out! but at least youll know if its a yay or nay!

i did have ldr once... it didnt work... well you start missin the other person so much that you crave attention from people around you (just to fill the emptiness inside) then you find out that your other half is already dating someone new...
