Lately I have noticed alot of repeat posting that could be avoided by simply doing a forum search. Therefore to reduce repeat posting for the same issues over and over I am posting links to answers for your motorola V3 RAZR frequently asked questions.

I just flashed/flexed my phone and now the keypad doesn't work
You need to flex the phone with the keypad fix located at www.motox.us just scroll down near the bottom of the screen, under the heading bulletin board and download the keypad fix file.

How do I make the phone louder?
You can increase volume with motokit without seem editing.... or you can increase volume by editing the gain table with XVI32:

offset 0D earpiece volume (original setting: 01)
offset 19 inner keypad volume (original setting: 01)
offset 31 speakerphone volume (original setting: 01)
offset 49 ringtone/video volume (original setting: 01)
offset 4E system tone volume [original setting: 08]
