i have a motorolla razr v3 and i cant send mms. im connected with t-mobile and the plan its ready to send mms but i thing i have to setup the settings. can you help me please?

if it is not a tmobile branded v3 you will have to call customer service(oh what fun) and have them send you the settings via an over the air configurator. when you receive the settings you should be good to go. if it is a tmobile branded phone then you need to have it active on the account for at least 48 hrs, then usually if you send one to yourself..... you should be able to send and rcv them from that point on.
