A mid-20's computer geek in a big city in a rectangular state. My v188 is my first personal cell phone, but I've used motorola iDen (nextel) phones for the last couple years in various forms working my current (crappy) job as security. I'm on T-Mobile because my wife is, and I pay a little extra so calling her is free.
So far I surf the web and play Texas Hold-em far more than use it as a phone. Maybe I should have gone with a Treo. (Don't have the money but hopefully someday....).
So while I'm technically minded and an avid consumer of all things binary, I am a cell phone n00b but learning rapidly thanks to characters like xxxsamsungxxx, old_fool, and duceduc. Thanks for the great forums!

I have no idea, but reading the HOW TO topics in the MOTOROLA TUTORIALS subforum of MOTOROLA talk and the MOTOROLA FIRMWARE AND FLASHING forums may give you a clue.
