Is there have any way to unlock v205 without flash firmware to v200?
or which firmware for v200 is good and no bug

i've used the E5, F3, and now G1 Firmware and I haven't seen any problem but i'm sure there's always a bug in every firmwares. what makes you think the V205 firmware doesn't have a bug at all? it's really hard to notice if you are just a regular user. unless you are going to dig through the phone and find out what the problem with the firmware i don't think you won't see any. not any major problems at least. i flashed my v205 to v200 and i like the v200 much better than the v205. v205 is not very customizable.

It's very possible to unlock a Samsung V205 without switching to the V200. In fact, my dealer did it for me at my request.

you can call or email tmobile to get imei # specific instructions to unlock your phone without flashing it to v200 firmware. Here are the email instructions:
Account holders name
* T-Mobile account or mobile number
* Contact number or email address
* IMEI number from the handset (press *#06# to get the IMEI)
* Make and model of the phone
* For Nokias, we need to know city and state of purchase and what logo
is on the face plate
* If the phone is from another carrier, which carrier? (We cannot
provide unlock codes for carriers outside of the US or Canada)
A brief reason for the request
SIM Unlock Department
fill out this form and send it to <SIMUnlock@T-Mobile.com> , they should get back to you within 24 hours with your IMEI specific unlock code.

It should actually be even easier than that. You can use your serial cable, and there's software available (I know because my dealer has it and it's for sale on ebay) that you can load up and will unlock your V205.
The T-MOBILE unlocking department requires that you have been a customer for a certain amount of time before they unlock your phone.
