Phone Model: Motorola A630 and V330

I have a Motorola A630 that I updated to add the Cingular WAP settings and for some reason the phone now locks up on occasion. The only way that the phone resets is to power it off and turn in back on again. Has anyone ever seen this before and know how to fix it? Second, will motorola work with the phone if it has been 'enhanced'?
Thanks,
Kraig

Ok, how exactly did you "update" these wap settings.. was it an OTA message that was sent to your phone? Or were the settings manually entered?
We'll just start there for now.
I have the same phone and it acts very slow sometimes, like Motorola just needs to start making their phones with faster processors or something.
But as far as your issue, sometimes this phone just acts like that when you try to do something "too advanced" with it.

I manually changed the threads using P2KAdvance Editor and P2kFunc using setting provided to me by a Mobiledia user. I did the same changes to a Motorola V330 phone as well and have had no problems with it.
Thanks for your help!

Well, I'm not sure of these programs you used to update your phone, as I have never used them. It may be because of those programs?
Sorry, I can't delve any further into the answer for your question because of this. Has anyone else out there tried using P2KAdvance or P2kFunc for this?

Hi everyone,
I can fix the browser setting by activating the hidden Browser setting in your Motorola A630. However you should send your phone to me because I should connect it to my computer. If you are interested please email me at:
