So I attempted to increase the volume of the phone using MotoKit 1.06 (before I read that you shouldn't use it :Sad: )... it didn't work ... not only did it not work, it silenced the phone ... no mic, no earpiece, no ringing. I checked the gain tables and they are all set correctly.
Please help!!! I need this phone!!!

oo ya everytime usin motokit chek tha phone model....if it doesnt have a name of tha phone then take out tha usb cable n replug it n close tha program n reopen it

I checked the gain table ... it looks fine ... I had a backup and compared ... no diffs.
I took it back to Cingular and they gave me a new one. (I hadn't had it but two weeks.).

As for your comment, you must have use it wrong, Motokit that is , i have used it on many rarz it is a very good tool to increasing volume, it's the easyest out there

I have never had a problem with it either... very likely a human error.

ive had that prob 2....a while ago.....it was because tha phone model didnt show on tha bottom of motokit.....i realized thiz because it happened twice 2 me n somethang messed up....but it was a fixable thang....glad 2 hear everythangz good....

Same thing happend to my razr v3i... can you shed some light on this gain file and what is p2k.... im computer savy so i think i might be able to fix it with your help.... thanks
