I purchased a t-mobile razr phone from ebay. the seller said it was unlocked but it aint. does anyone know how to unlock it? t-mobile want do it for me

I don't know if it's possible without T-mobile giving you the code, why don't you try sending it back to the guy??

what kind of service do you have? b/c we're having the same problem.. we hav a cingular phone but we have a tmobile service.. did you want to trade?
