You are in luck update just out so to unlock you fone , it does not need to be open up any more very safe now

Yeah, Old_Fool is right. Once you get rid of 8.26, its just like any other Moto phone. My V3 is running 7E0 right now. It went from 8.23 to 8.26 to 8.23 to 7E0.

You mention that the unlock code for BL 8.26 just became available, could you please point me to where I can find it? I bought my Razr from someone who assured me I could have it unlocked, and that was over two weeks ago. Thanks for all your help and wisdom.

Smart Clip has finally released the fix for 8.26. Smart Clip owners can now unlock without the testpoint. This is great!!!!

With this update feature added call remove RSA will help flash it down to boodloader version 7.EO in 3 sec !!!! is great for down grade boot loader!!! Still SC support is sucks thought!!!!

Yeah, I just put 8.26 back on my V3 and ran it through the downgrade and unlock porcess. It took about 2 min to downgrade, unlock and upgrade back to 8.23. Very nice job!! Maybe SC support isnt so bad after all.
All, Old_Fool and I can now unlock the V3 with BL 8.26!!!!!!

Or down grade the bootloader.
I still thing the test point is a good thing thought for fix dead fones
