I don't know of any self-unlocking for them however, any local phone shop can unlock them for you for a small charge.

I have been trying for weeks to get my Nokia 6680 unlocked from 3 Mobile. No shops or software can currently unlock this model or the Nokia 6630. I have spoken to 3 Mobile, who state:
"We currently do not have the codes to unlock this model or the 6630, we are currently in talks with Nokia to supply these codes"
Which Nokia state is complete rubbish. Nokia told me that they have had many queries similar to mine, and that 3 Mobile have the necessary codes and are the only people who can unlock handsets on there network but are refusing to do so. The Nokia advisor told me some customers have been charged around £200 by 3 mobile to unlock there handset.
If you have the 6680 on Vodaphone they will unlock the handset for you for a charge (not sure how much) If any one does find a way to unlock the 6680 from 3 mobile I would very much appreciate a email, as i would really like to distance myself from the 3 network as soon as possible.

"Update from 3 mobile regarding Unlocking 6680"
received today after a few nicely worded emails from myself.
"If your handset was purchased via a Carphone Warehouse then you would
have to return to them with a valid proof of purchase to obtain your
Unlock code. This is because Carphone Warehouse released certain Nokia
handset models earlier than 3 did and as a result took all
responsibilities for the handset warranty which included issuing Unlock codes. Without
your account details I am unable to determine whether or not your
handset falls into that category.
You would require an active 3 SIM to be placed in your handset whilst
you entered the unlock code.
If no active SIM is inserted it could cause complication when you
attempted to enter your Unlock code which may require the handset to be
reflashed.
I hope this clarifies matters for you.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our
Customer Services team on 333 from your handset (free) or 08707 330 333
(national rate)."
