Unlocked Razr Wont send Pics or Video with Cingular

Have read the FAQ and did a search but maybe I have missed what I am looking for...Jusr received a new unlocked black Razr....Am with cingular...Can access the little web program they have but cant receive or send Pics or video from the phone to another cingular user with the media package....The phone I have has Celcom, Digi, and Maxis GPRS and MMS settings....None of these would allow ne to use the web....Talked to a cingular Tech lower Tier and she talked me through setting up a new entry MMS....It did not work....Talked to another and she sent something to my phone that now says Express that I have set as a default and thats how I acceess the web....
But when I try to send a pic or video that I have taken with the phone I always get a cant send message error.....Let me say that one of the girls I talked to did send me a short video of her coke and I did receive it in my inbox but it would never download....Got a unable to download error....They transferred me to a upper tier tech and he said because it was not a cingular locked phone that sending video and pics would not work....Is this true? If not is there anyone who can help me resolve this issue.....

Is there a specific version I have to use....

Go to www.motox.us looking in monster pack and choose 41R iceman cingular with video enable.

This version of the V3 already has video capabilities enabled will that matter.....

Something is missing, If you have the correct settings it should work. Just because its not a cingular branded phone doesnt disable the ability (with proper settings) to use the MMS feature. The tech rep lied to you. You can try the flash that fool suggested but it isnt a must to use this feature.

You need to go to www.cingular.com and click on phone tutorials at the bottom of the page. Then go to the V3 and do the upgrades. Cingular has an over the air upgrade for your web sessions and MMS mail. Mine works just fine and it only takes a few seconds.
If you want to manually do it, they have the instructions for that as well.
