1. Open Mp3 with program like Audicity/Mp3 Cutter or equivalent program
2. Cut Mp3 to 30 seconds or less (must be under 300KB also)
3. Save modified Mp3 to PC
4. Go to www.mobstorage.com and click on "Click here to upload your files now >>"
5. Click on the Browse button and locate cropped Mp3 and then click on the upload tab
6. You are then given an Item Code
7. Go to wap.mobstorage.com on your cell phone
8. Enter the item code and save the tone to your phone

I followed the directions with mostorage. The song downloads and it plays, but I dont know how to save it with my Samsung A920. I cannot use music on my tranflash card as ringtones.

try using 'mp3 to ringtone gold',it can make any ringtones that you want.you can save any part of your favorite mp3s to ringtone format. 64MB mp3 mobile phone can support more than 60 songs.i used, it 's wonderful, download at www.-edited-

That's because the t619 won't support mp3s as ringtines. You must convert the file to another format first.

I am really new at this. My friend let me borrow the cable, but when I hook it up to the computer, it does not recognize or find the phone. Please advise on how to upload MP3 music onto this phone. I have a 1GB micro card inside the phone.

hey so i have the samsung t619 and i got my mp3s to work as ringtones by using the select the horrible scott stapp song and select grayed out thing. i have been getting ringtones using mobile17, but that requires you to have tmobile web to download the song. i have been able to download a few songs from there without any trouble, and im not signed up for tmobile web. but now it wont let me download on my phone's browser. so. is there any way i can send my mp3s from my computer to my phone without using any cables, or bluetooth? email maybe? icon_frown.gif

ferhanmm made the post that showed me how.

I've taken this information and put it to good use and documented the conversion procedure in more depth with screen snapshots.
