I followed the instructions to the letter, downgraded the firmware to R364, ran the unlock prog. Everything worked fine. Phone is still saying contact service provider. I don't know if it makes a difference but this is a cingular go phone and I am using a AT&T wireless sim. Any ideas?

hmm, i have downloaded the R364 software and when I try to upload the file to my v220 phone using P2k phone file manager, it keeps saying the file is an invalid size.
