first i installed hte software and it worked fine, then i wasnt able to transfer any files to my phone or from my phone to the computer...i tried charging my phone and it still didnt work. then i uninstalled the progrm then reinstalled it, now it wont work cause it doesnt detect my phone and when i went to change the model on the list that they have, my model (v330) isnt on there.....what do i do....if anyone could help me, that would be GREAT! thanks.

everything works, except transfering files from phone to computer and visa versa...
