How does this work? When I log into my account, it says I'll be eligible on the 11th. Do I still pay the regular phone price, or is there some sort of discount involved?

You'll get a discount. Not as much as the new customer pricing, but it'll be less than the full price.

if you're a former ATTW customer, the discounts you are eligible will mostlikely be better than new customer discounts. if you are an ATTW customer, contact customer care 'cause they have deeper discounts that aren't available on the cingular website, or in the store.

Actually, in my experience, we usually have similar pricing to the website as well as through customer care. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower. I usually suggest to all customers to check both out. For example I'll see the moto v551 through CC for 24.99 and the next day I'll see the Z500a online for free.
