I need help guys. I used p2k and now my phone screen is black with only the signal bars and battery meter showing. When I tried pressing a button I can hear the sound but the screen remains black. My outer screen only shows the time. When I tried calling my phone, the caller ID will not show and there's no ring tone. I tried flexing it, but after flexing my phone's directory is shorter and less files. How can I change back to before if that's even possible at all. I did back up all the files. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

try flashing not flexing,it also may be a skin problem(make sure you didn t erased a curently being used skin)if not it is better to reflash there s a new flash now stable,with picture improvement and lots of stuff.Getting 9 mbs of memory after reflasing it s easy.

Sounds like you deleted some of the moto skin files when using p2k
Might have to reflash..

Thanks for the advice guys. While I was trying to flash, the "found new hardware" popped up asking me for driver, then the flash process failed after I closed the "found new hardware"

Also where could I find the latest flash?? Not sure which one is.

Just successfully reflashed my phone, but the still the same problem. I hooked it to p2kman to upload the skins, but there's no skin folder in the directory. I reflashed it with "R374_G_0E.42.09R" How could I get the skins back or create a folder for skins???

Where you from ,was your phone cingular or a uk stock v3?
What did it have on before this happened..

You need to flash with a monster pack, something like 41R frome Iceman is a cingular with video recorder.
The one you flashed is just firmware, no flex ans all your problem is in the flex so you need to find a flex or use the PM like i have mention to fix it. Make sure you have boot loader 8.23 in your fone if you don't then flash it with boot loader 8.23 first
