Hey everyone,
I just got the razr v3 yesterday and i can place calls using my sim out of my sharp tm150 phone, went on tmobile webiste and purchased a ringtone for my new phone and when i got the message to download it kept saying GPRS not available, i tried the Wap settings i found here but still say not available
if i swith my sim card back to my other phone i can access the interenet even tho i dont have a plan or anything.
is there something i am missing? I dont want to connect the V3 using the computer, just regular web calls like on my old sharp.
any input?

the reason you cant download anything is because its not a T-Mobile phone. You can get the wap settings from the sticky above however you are not going to be able to download anything from T-Mobile.

you can unlock it if u live in phx i know a place that will help you out with the problem. but they charge like 35$ to do it and they will do n e thing you need them to do

incorrect fellas, the reason he can't dl is because wap is not prov in the hlr he has to call tech...he still won't be able to download but he can browse and dl from other sites besides our wap page

If he can swap the sim to his other phone and it works you still think its a provisioning problem TmobileTSG2 and not a settings problem lol?
