yea but i like my food fried and my steaks thick , and my potatos covered in butter and sour cream , if i wasnt so stressed and mentally exausted from work i could probably try to work out

Nothing wrong with a thick steak! I don't care for sour cream, but mash my taters and I'll be happy. The biggest problem with this country's eating is that many don't work enough to eat the number of carbs that they take in. Farmers used to eat steak and eggs for breakfast, they didn't have heart problems, they just worked a LOT. I have to learn to either significantly cut down my proportions, or significantly increase my activity. I can't wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I want to paintball this year, haven't done it in a few, and it's itching me something fierce.
