Cingular Wireless stole $60 of my my money! I was spending around $300 a month on Pay-As-You-Go service, so I switched to a Pick-Your-Plan service, and then they did not give me the $60!
I am going to take them to court to get my money back. I requested a refund from rep ID# 11806 at 1-866-499-7888, a phone number given to me by an employee at the Cingular Wireless office of the president.

why are you entitled to $60 and how did they not "give it to you"? if you're spending that much on prepaid, you should go post-paid.

1) you really need to get off prepaid if you're spending that much
2) its says right in the Terms of Service that account payments are not returnable or transferable.

Why am I entitled to $60? I switched to a Pick-Your-Plan account and I lost the $60 in my account. A quick search of the Cingular forums confirms that this should have been transferred.

When a customer swtiches from an ATTW gophone to a cingular gophone, we can do a blance transfer. I'm not positive how it works from cingular to cingular, but my suggestion would be to call recievables management to get a balance transfer submitted.

can't transfer balance its in the terms in conditions and by using the phone you agree to the terms and conditions so you don't have any grounds to sue
