Where are you in Canada?? if you are near me I have a AT&T sim card you could test it with. If it needs unlocking I would talk to old fool he can do it for the cost of round shipping.

Well I am in Peterborough, so your looking at like a 3 hr drive You should be able to find a sim for another carrier in Ottawa, or buy one off ebay, or ship me your phone and pay for return shipping or drive to Peterborough lol

mtl_bud, how did you fix the outside gl.gif? I'm also with Rogers -- Gone through all the seem edits, got the modded 0061/0062 (points to /system/cl.gif). However, no matter what i put in the directory I get the crappy motorola one.
Any ideas?
nm: I was uploading ml.GIF, changed the filename to ml.gif and everything is working now!
