Okay, so on my Razr V3, I can't get it into bootloader mode with *#power, but when I put the battery in, the keypad lights up.

When I plug it into RSD Lite (version 2.0.3), I get S Blank Neptune LTE as the name of the device. When I try to flash an old monsterpack, it says "You are flashing a reflash file into a file that appears to be blank. This is only a valid use if trying to recover a Neptune LTE/LTS based phone that has SECURITY ERRORS. Do you want to proceed with flashing? I click yes, then it gets through the loading ram for bootloader phase, but fails with "error erasing subscriber unit."

I tried repairing with Moto Repair Studio, and it gives me
Phone found
Flash mode ok
Send loader failed
Exec loader failed
Erasing phone, please wait...
Erase fail

Then it stops.

On ramldr, I get this: Switching to flash mode
then, when I try and do anything else, it just won't go, like the erase button won't even click. I can't get to the ACK Jump part either. And I don't have back-ups for anything other than my seems anyway.

Also, I tried returning the phone to Cingular (which is what the phone is branded, both on the phone and in packaging) and Tmobile (which is what I was using), but since I got it unlocked off of eBay, I can't return it to either since I'm a) receipt-less and b) the phone has been tampered with by being unlocked.

I think that about covers all of my frustrations and failures. Help me please!!!

Your phone is completely blank (to include the Boot area and the PDS area). This means that unless you have Smart Clip or a full backup of your phone, you will need to have it repaired by someone (or buy a Smart Clip).

Smart Clip is a device used to unlock and repair Motorola phones. It cost about $250.

Yep and its seem like they put a 12 years old to answer all the question .
There is one time a few people got mad about the test point and ask how long it will take for direct unlock and why SC don't say anything and you know what SC support answered?

something meaning like we suck all the support for free out of them and that we can go to hell also go buy other products they don't care!!!!!
They deleted that whole thread the next day or i would have post the link here for every one to read.

Yeah, I remeber that. Its really too bad because they have a good product. I haven't had too many problems with mine at all, and all of the problems I did have were configuration issues.I guess they dont realize that its folks like us who make or break them and right now, they are BROKEN!!

Seems to have a few full backups from stock unlocked V3s. Does he need anything other than the bootloader, Flash, and Flex?
