I got this LGC1500 and I have this boost mobile chip that i wanna put in it to work, Anybody has any restricted codes so that i can pass???

It won't. Boost and Nextel sim chips aren't the same thing, as they run on IDEN technology and not on GSM as cingular does. Even if you unlocked the phone the Boost card wouldn't work in it. If you want prepaid just find a cingular prepaid sim on ebay.

Unlocking the phone wouldn't let you put a boost sim in. Boost and Cingular run thier phones on different technology. The only sims that can go in to Cingular phones are GSM carriers, such as CIngular, T-mobile or ATT. Boost and Nextel do not run on GSM, so thier sims won't work in a Cingular phone.

This what i just said, just backwards. It's a 2-way street tho. IDEN doesnt work in GSM and GSM doesn't work in IDEN

hi i have the same problem but i have at&t sim and a cincular phone would anyone happen to know the code for this..as cincular said that they cant help me and i would have to sign a new contract with them. thanx

Why don't you just port your number over from att. There is a $10 port charge and thats it. Since you are an ATT customer, you can keep your phone number, and switch up. Trust me it's really easier than unlocking a phone, plus you can get a free phone from cingular, and use the other one you have.
