Yes, that is where I actually found the funlight.pat to upload onto my phone.
This is what I see on my phone, if it helps explain my problem...
Sorry for the uber slow replies - trying to get dinner going and work on my phone at the same time.

@cubeman For the v3i you need to copy the funlight.pat file into the c:\mobile\audio folder - but that shouldn't cause the menu to be missing. Maybe the v3i really doesn't support it.
@dynamite The problem is definitely your funlight.pat file - either you've got the wrong one or you've copied it over incorrectly - I don't know the L6s directory structure
Another thing - both you guys remembered to restart your phones?

I actually got my problem resolved.
Apparently, with the L6's...the funlight.pat file needs to be uploaded into /c/mobile/audio - not /a/mobile/audio.
Go figure...thanks for the help, mikekay10!

Yea, totaly, have restarted my phone... even pulled the battery.... go figure... guess i thought it would help...
Well if any one else that has the V3i, and reading this, chim in, let me know if you have the "event lights" not to be confused with ring lights and/or rythem lights... those i do have!
Thank You Mikekay10!! (lol sorry about the typo... Mikeway )
Thanks so much for the guide I finally managed to enable funlights on my L6. It works great for incoming calls ringtones but the lights don't flash for text messages?

Text messages use event lights. Ringing uses ring lights. Check you have enabled event lights.
